About
"A good traveller has no fixed plan and is not intent on arriving." -Lao Tzu
Several years ago, a group of us, having graduated from University and not yet ready to be shackled to a desk, donned our backpacks and joined the rest of the vagabonds roaming the earth. It was supposed to be a strange place filled with strange people. But as we travelled, we actually discovered that friends, instead of strangers, were everywhere. True, we encountered the unfamiliar (sheep's head served on a beautiful platter) and the peculiar (german train ticket dispensers in small towns), but by and large, the great unknown was really just a friendly neighbourhood.
"It's a small world after all."
